Heyford Group LLC and Heyford Space LLC (together "Heyford") offers advisory services to altenative investment managers and private companies in the space and defense sector. Bill Bonner launched Heyford in 2019 and named the firm after RAF Upper Heyford.
Heyford's value proposition combines experience with investment research, capital allocation, and BD across a broad range of public and private investment strategies. We seek to align interests by investing capital in the opportunities that we source, diligence, and promote. Most of our ideas come to us organically through our network, and we have established relationships with institutions and family offices globally.

BILL BONNER

President
Bill is responsible for investment due diligence and distribution. Prior to launching Heyford in 2019, Bill was a Partner with a boutique advisory firm. He was a day one investor in York Space Systems in 2015, currently the leading provider of small satellites for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture or (PWSA) . Earlier in his career Bill worked with HomeField Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund founded by former principals with Perry Capital. Bill joined on day-one and was a member of the investment team and head trader. Prior to joining HomeField, Bill was Vice President with JPMorgan Securities for 13-years in fixed income trading and equity sales trading.

Bill began his career with the United States Air Force as a fighter pilot and Captain. He flew F-111 aircraft and was stationed at RAF Upper Heyford, England in support of NATO. Bill earned his BS degree in finance from the University of Maryland and he is a CFA charterholder. He holds the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
